I’ve finally met the Brothers Grimm and a certain infamous vampire. Yikes. Do I have to listen to the gods of story and let the plot play out, or can I stop Dracula before he murders…again?
I might be a perfectionist with a haunting past, but that chill in the air is from the ghosts that follow me to each investigation. The Brothers Grimm are insane if they think I’ll apologize for saving people. Brutal fairy tales equal dead bodies and I’m not about to stop twisting these stories into a happily-ever-after.
Even if it destroys me (AKA turns me into an undead creature).
On top of the murders, I’m hunting for a way to free my daughter from the plot of Peter Pan before Wendy disappears into Neverland. But what could Dracula, Peter Pan, and the cryptic words of the Brothers Grimm possibly have in common?
Mari must multitask motherhood, monsterhood, and stopping a murderer in the fourth book of the Mari Fable Mysteries.
