He just wanted his exosuit back. She was out to save her brother.
What they got were bloodthirsty aliens… And maybe the end of the world.
Prepare for 1,600+ pages of rip-roaring sci-fi adventure!

“Extremely entertaining!”
“This author KNOWS HOW TO WRITE AN ADVENTURE STORY!!”
“Suspenseful, funny, and compelling.”
“Sci-fi, dystopia, vampires, Star Wars references, and style. It has it all.”

In a world devastated by alien invasion, Jarek and Rachel were never paragons of heroism. They survived, same as anyone else. They protected what was dear—Jarek with his exosuit and beloved AI companion, Rachel with her brother. They kept things simple… until the raknoth came and took it all away.

Now, Jarek and Rachel will stop at nothing to protect what’s theirs, even if it means swallowing their pride and working together to survive. Because it turns out the raknoth are only the beginning of the bad news for Mother Earth…

What do a smart-mouthed sword-slinger and a surly arcanist have in common? Neither of them signed up for this crap. But together, they might just be strong enough to finish it. Assuming they don’t kill each other first…

Are you ready to suit up and save the world?

Grab the COMPLETE 8-Story Collection today, and prepare for a high-octane sci-fi romp you won’t forget!

Included in this set:
– Soldier of Charity (Jarek’s prequel)

Book Review: Mickey 7 by Edward Ashton

Mickey7 is the only clone on a deep space colonization mission. He has a very important job–to die, whenever a suicidal mission presents itself. This happens a lot. Fortunately, for Mickey, he’s got his consciousness and body backed up on the colony mainframe. He doesn’t really die. Or does he?

Mickey 7 asks deep questions and explores the attitudes that non-clones might have towards him, but it does it with a light touch. At times Mickey 7 borders on satire, but never crosses so far over the line that you wind up not feeling for it’s main character.

Highly recommended.

Traditionally published and probably available at your public library.

It must stop.
My friends and I are going to bring him down. Him and all the others.

This was the most fun in sci-fantasy fiction I’ve had in a while. If you loved the original Star Wars, but could have had a little more romance (although it is not technically a romance*), I think you’ll like this book. It’s definitely Space Fantasy. There is “magic” and there are also “soul bonds.” It is satisfyingly complicated, and the character development well done. If you’re looking for a fun read this holiday, I highly recommend it.

*Also, this is not blue alien erotica.

Here is the setup:

Featured Science Fiction: Adventures in Intergalactic Backpacking

Featured Science Fiction: Adventures in Intergalactic Backpacking

New Release

***Editor’s note: Bought this. Loved it. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, but isn’t vapid either. If you need a fun, out-of-this-world adventure, this book is it.***

You know what’s worse than being abducted by aliens, poked and prodded, then dumped on a weird planet with nothing but a bag of food pellets and my backpack?

Having to go through all this with Ethan.

He’s the walking stereotype of a rich, privileged dude-bro, and it was the worst day of my life when the aliens grabbed him along with me.

I need to learn how to survive, to find food and shelter and not get eaten by the monsters that roam this place. I need to figure out where I am, and why these aliens keep showing up to gawk and throw canned tuna at me. And I need a cup of coffee. I seriously need a cup of coffee.

Most of all, I need to not kill Ethan, because although he’s a jerk, at least he’s a human jerk. Besides, I might need to trade him for a spaceship ride home.
